UPS had a patient's life saving medication stuck in limbo at one of their distribution centers with no expected delivery date. Dash Courier picked the package up and delivered it to the patient within 30 minutes hassle free, and for cheaper than the actual UPS overnight fee was! Thank you for your help.

William saved the day!!! He did an amazing job delivering our much needed (life saving) oncology medication to one of our patients, all the way from North Carolina to Ohio. He was very professional and diligent, even on short notice on a holiday. He even communicated with us upon his arrival to make sure everything was as planned before leaving the premises. We have never experienced any courier service as professional and polite as William. I hope that his company’s management team acknowledges the hard work he puts in every day and compensates him appropriately. It is very difficult to find loyal people who do such a great job as he did. Thank you for serving our patients! I’m extremely grateful for this gentleman and may god bless his kind heart!

5 stars is not enough, William deserves a 10 star review! He attempted numerous times to contact me to let me know he had arrived with my package. He waited nearly 30 minutes until I realized he was there. Grateful is an understatement for his professionalism and cheerful presence despite my lack of ability to keep my phone off silent!

The Dash team were professional from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my request and even self-corrected an bad address. Dash uses an online tracking tool that allows you to monitor your delivery, however, I was never able to log in. Regardless, they still send delivery confirmation via e-mail so I had peace of mind. I would use Dash again.
