Employee Driver/Warehouse

Dash Courier & Logistics Services accepts applications for full-time Driver/Warehouse employees to handle on-demand courier services, scheduled/routed work, and general warehouse responsibilities. Positions may be available for Monday through Sunday all shifts as we are a 24-7-365 operation. A company vehicle and a gas card will be provided. Company vehicles range from cars and cargo vans to non-CDL 16’/26’ dock high box trucks.

Additional info:

• Applicant must have transportation to get to the office where vehicles are domiciled.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen. (Performed by 3rd party)
• You must have a professional appearance, clean background, a good MVR, and no felonies or DUI’s in the past 7 years. (Performed by 3rd party)
• Willingness to obtain Flu and other vaccines at company expense or ability to provide proof of such may be required for some medical work we perform.
• DOT physical and medical card required for dock high truck drivers.
• Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
• There will be loading, unloading, and related warehouse activities, so some lifting is required.
• Will be required to lift 50-75lbs unassisted.
• Use/experience with forklift and electric/manual pallet jacks.

Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Can be 1st 2nd or 3rd shift (some flexibility required)
Days: Monday-Sunday
Location: Branches are located throughout North and South Carolina.

Logistics Coordinator

Dash Courier & Logistics Services accepts applications for full-time high-volume Logistics Coordinators. Positions may be available for Monday through Sunday all shifts as we are a 24-7-365 operation. Preferred candidates should be flexible to accommodate staffing needs due to illness or absence within the workgroup

• 1-2yrs Dispatching/Logistics experience in a high-volume setting. (Preferred)
• Assigning driver orders/moves for pick up/drop off based on client requirements.
• Monitoring a pool of contract drivers, successfully route the jobs to arrive on time, and offer direction to carry out instructions.
• Order entry from a phone, email orders, and verifying online orders for accuracy before assigning them to drivers.
• Proficient with computers and office related software. (Preferred)
• Can work under pressure, multitask, and has good decision-making skills.
• Communicates regularly with customers on the status of pick up/drop off when late.
• Report any service failures to your supervisor by way of documentation.
• Reliable, works well independently, as part of a group, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our clients.
• Able to take direction, follow instructions, and communicate as necessary.
